There is a company called Pinz and Needles and they do them. They are really really good and will make it perfect for you! My sister in law just bought my brother and his children red onesies from Primark and had them all embroided with Manchester United emblem and their names on the back so they look like football kits. They all wore them on Christmas day and it was hilarious. Hardly cost her anything! Just google 'pinznneedles' and I would call them to explain excactly what you are after.
