With the nice weather try things like stir frys as they are super quick and really healthy. I also find that slimming world do some lovely recipes of dishes that feel a lot naughtier than they are. Try getting h2b involved as it is a lot easier if there are two of you working at it
I am struggling with the exercise but I have to get back at it. I didn't realise that 1/2 stone would make that much of a difference. I have put on the same amount since my dress fitting and I am the same height
