Hoping some of you lovely ladies might be able to help.

I have a wedding to attend on Saturday where it is very likely to be cold and wet. I have bought a dress from Coast to wear and have a deep purple pashmina to wrap myself in.

http://www.coast-stores.com/SASUMI-DRES ... 2224772098

I somehow think I'm going to be freezing, its church and then back to the hotel we're staying in for everything else so won't be too bad. Can anyone recommend a jacket I could wear over it, on a low budget and would have to be from one of the high street places as I won't be able to get anywhere else before it?! (So Next, New Look, M&S, etc).

Or should I brave it out with my pashmina? (Already don't think I'm taking a bag as I don't have anything to match and H2b usually carries everything like money, room key and we'll have our camera bag with us).

A bright fuscia blazer style jacket would look nice. Have you thought about a quick blast around the local charity shops? I'm an assistant manager in one and i've got a couple thatd look lovely with it, if you fancy a trip to ashbourne that is. Its always worth an ask as well as for everything ive got out front ive probably got three times the amount in the back lol xx

Get a little shrug or one of those little boleros in any colour that goes well - they always look cute, and are surprisingly warm, and also cheaper than a whole new jacket? ;)

I have to add, that is a GORGEOUS dress!

There is a sequinned shrug on this page, and a cream tuxedo jacket a few pages 'back'? Not sure if that is too much white/cream?
Tights would probably be a good idea, you could always ball them up into H2Bs pocket too?
Is it embarassing to admit I have done that?

Thanks Jax...tights are already packed :p I rarely do proper frocks without! I do wonder about hiding a hand warmer in h2b's suit jacket!
