I am thinking of renting a large country cottage for the hen party I am arranging, and it has been suggested that I could get visiting chefs to come in and cook for us, to save us the hassel of travel and also the expense, has anyone else done this and did it work well for you ?

I love the idea of a chef cooking for you at the cottage. Never done this myself but like you say it will save you the expense of taxis - Also if you feel bloated after the meal you can put your pjs on! :)
